User Submissions (If Applicable)

If you submit prompts or other content, you confirm you have the rights to share it and it does not violate laws or third-party rights. You grant NicePrompt.net a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your submission within the Service for operation, discovery, and moderation.

Content and Intellectual Property

Site UI, design, and underlying logic belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable laws. Prompts may be curated, edited, or moderated. You may not copy or republish site content at scale without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) disrupt the Service; (b) upload malicious code; (c) attempt to access non-public areas; (d) use the Service to violate any law; (e) overload endpoints with automated tools; or (f) submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

No Warranties

The Service provides informational and convenience content only. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NicePrompt.net and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the six months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Changes, Severability, Entire Agreement

We may revise these Terms by updating this page. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
